Olympic Veterans and Former World Cup Champions Headline Impressive List of Athletes for Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final 2026 in Fort Worth
Entries Include 15 of the World’s Top 40 Riders, Athletes from 20 CountriesFort Worth, TX—March 20, 2026 — Six-time Olympic veteran and three-time Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ champion Steve Guerdat (SUI) heads an impressive list of entries for the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas. As Guerdat aims for an unprecedented fourth World Cup title, he will be joined in the field by athletes from 20countries – including 15 fellow Olympians, 15 of the world’s top 40 jumping riders, and three other FEI World Cup™ champions.With the Split Rock Jumping Tour (SRJT) as event organizer, the City of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Sports Commission will host the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final and Zen Elite FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final at Dickies Arena, April 8-12, 2026.

Guerdat, who currently sits #13 on the Longines Rankings, has competed successfully in many championship events. Along with six Olympic appearances, his résumé includes three FEI World Equestrian Games™, six FEI Jumping Nations Cup Finals, the 2022 FEI World Championships, the 2024 Longines League of Nations™ Final, and 15 total World Cup Finals, of which he has placed in the top 10 on 13 occasions.
His fellow competitors will not make things easy for him, however. Among them are former World Cup champions Daniel Deusser (GER), Martin Fuchs (SUI) and McLain Ward (USA), who won in 2014, 2022 and 2017, respectively. Deusser, the current World #25, has competed in two Olympic Games, the 2014 World Equestrian Games, seven World Cup Finals (making the top five on four occasions) and four Nations Cup Finals.

Fuchs has also participated in seven World Cup Finals (making the top 10 on five occasions), along with three Olympic Games, the 2018 World Equestrian Games, 2022 World Championship, 2024 Longines League of Nations™ Final, and six Nations Cup Finals. He is World #37.
Ward, a six-time Olympic veteran and currently World #10, has an extensive record on the international circuit. With four World Equestrian Games, the 2022 World Championship, two Nations Cup Finals and 20 World Cup Finals under his belt (including 10 top-10 finishes), Ward is among the American favorites for the title.
Joining these former champions from the U.S. contingent are two-time Olympian and World #2 Kent Farrington, who finished fourth in the World Cup Final in 2024; four-time Olympian, Show Jumping Hall of Famer and World #11 Laura Kraut; 2025 World Cup finalist Kaitlin Campbell; six-time World Cup finalist Katie Dinan, who finished eighth in 2025; two-time World Cup finalist and World #36 Aaron Vale, a native of nearby Irving, Texas; 2024 World Cup finalist Skylar Wireman; and Mimi Gochman and Jacob Pope, who will be making their World Cup debuts.

Other international veterans include 2024 Olympian and World #12 Daniel Coyle (IRL); 2021 Olympian and World #24 Willem Greve (NED), who finished seventh in the 2025 World Cup Final; two-time Olympian Yuri Mansur (BRA), who finished fourth in the 2023 World Cup Final; two-time Olympian Kristaps Neretnieks (LAT); 2021 Olympian and World #21 Abdel Saïd (BEL); three-time Olympian Eiken Sato (JPN); two-time Olympian and World #34 Kevin Staut (FRA), who finished third in the 2025 World Cup Final; 2024 Olympian, 2025 European Champion and World #4 Richard Vogel (GER); and three-time Olympian and World #15 Gregory Wathelet (BEL).
More familiar faces from previous World Cup Finals include Bekzod Kurbanov(UZB), who competed in 2022; Philipp Schulze Topphoff (GER), who competed in 2022; and World #30 Conor Swail (IRL), who finished eighth in 2022. Started in 1979, the FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final is an annual international showdown among the world’s best Jumping horses and athletes. Previous FEI Jumping World Cup™ Finals held in the United States include Baltimore (1980), Tampa (1989), Del Mar, CA (1992), Las Vegas (2000, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2015), and Omaha (2017 and 2023).
First held in 1986, the FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final features the world’s best Dressage horses and athletes. The Final has been held in the U.S. in Los Angeles (1995), Las Vegas (2005, 2007, 2009, 2015), and Omaha (2017 and 2023).
